A space to be deeply understood and accepted.

So much of life asks us to keep going, to look after others, or to put our own thoughts and feelings to one side. Therapy offers something different: a space where your experience is given time, attention and care.

My aim is to offer a therapeutic relationship where you can bring whatever is on your mind without fear of judgement. Together, we'll begin to make sense of your experiences with care and curiosity.

How I Work

A relationship built on understanding.
I believe therapy begins with feeling heard. My role is to offer a space where your experiences can be explored with care, curiosity and without judgement.

Working at your pace.
There are no quick fixes or expectations to have all the answers. Together, we'll explore whatever feels important, allowing understanding to develop naturally over time.

Online or in Walthamstow.
I offer 50-minute sessions both online and in person, providing a calm and confidential space to reflect and grow.
